Eye and vision problems associated with MS can be frightening, but
many times they improve over time. They're
often the first symptom of MS, but can occur later in the course of the disease
as well.
Some of the eye complications associated with MS include optic
neuritis (inflammation of the optic nerve), diplopia (double vision), nystagmus
(involuntary eye movement), and internuclear ophthalmoplegia (impaired
horizontal eye movement.
